We provide specialist dyslexia assessments for individuals and educational services for families, educators and the wider community. Our aim is to provide access to learning for individuals.
A full diagnostic assessment enables teachers and parents to recognise and meet a person's learning needs and know how best to support them.
This includes the approved tests that provide evidence for reasonable adjustments for learners with special educational needs and disabilities during examinations.
It can provide useful insight into general areas of difficulty and can include a recommendation as to whether a formal diagnostic assessment is required
The purpose of the assessment is to identify numeracy issues early so that the right support can be provided. The report produced is shorter and does not diagnose dyscalculia.
Tosin Oliyide has over fifteen years’ experience in the education sector as a science teacher and SENCo. As a fully qualified assessor, she provides a full diagnostic assessment for young persons from the age of 7 to 18 years and can also assess for access arrangements.
